Brand new air-conditioned and soundproof room. These rooms are located on the ground floor and offer a terrace with a panoramic view on Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains, which becomes particularly impressive at sunset, when you can gaze at the boats, seagulls and the current of Lake Garda floating and swirling from Riva to Sirmione and/or Desenzano. The new state of the art PVC windows offer acoustic and thermal insulation.

Brand new air-conditioned and soundproof room. Consists of 7 rooms in total, of which 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor offering a balcony/terrace with a breathtaking 180° panoramic view on Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains and our heated swimming pool. Leaning against the railing can almost feel like (with just a tiny bit of imagination) flying towards the lake.

Brand new, renovated air-conditioned and soundproof double rooms. These rooms are located on the ground floor, and have a small garden with a courtyard facing the Monte Baldo. The Eden Garden Superior rooms are quiet and perfectly equipped, also with brand new white PVC doors and windows. Their furnishing instills a feeling of simplicity and harmony. In the private courtyard you can enjoy your favourite book or relax while sinking into an atmosphere of tranquility, just like you do at home (if you have a garden, of course). These rooms are the ideal choice if you are accompanied by your small pet(s).

Air-conditioned room with two single beds, which—if needed—can be adjoined thus becoming a double bed. These rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Some of these accommodations offer a balcony/terrace with view on Lake Garda, while others face the Monte Baldo and the inner garden.
